Nature Based Therapy

What it involves

Nature-based therapy (ecotherapy) involves deepening our connection with nature, drawing on this reciprocal relationship as a catalyst for growth and healing.

Therapy may include outdoor sessions, forest walks or indoor/virtual sessions, tailored to your specific needs.

As trained Psychologists, we are qualified to work with a range of difficulties including but not limited to:

  • Anxiety

  • Grief, loss and bereavement

  • Depression

  • Stress and burnout

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

  • Persistent Pain

  • Adjustment to health conditions

  • Concussion and acquired brain injuries

  • Existential issues & ‘eco-distress’

Not just a walk in the woods…

  • Nature as Mirror

How might elements in Nature reflect my inner landscape?

  • Nature as Mentor

What wisdom and personal lessons can I draw from Nature?

  • Nature as Container

How can Nature ‘hold’ and help me heal my emotions?

  • Nature as Catalyst

How can my connection with Nature provoke meaningful change?
